All the information given to us by the customer is confidential (First and last name, Credit Card, Email, Address and cell phone) and never will be given to the third party person or company!
We recommend that our clients reserve a car ahead of time (at no additional charge) to be guaranteed a car at time of pick up. We can provide you with a car at short notice by phone or online upon availability.
* On Time Guarantee:
If we are 15 minutes late, your ride is free. To qualify, customers must reserve online and at least 12 hours in advance. Excludes weather-related delays. Covers base fare value up to $80, and excludes tolls, tips and surcharges.
** 10% First Ride Discount:
The 10% off your first ride, corporate discount, is applicable after a valid appointment has been set up to discuss the setting up of a corporate account.
A 20% tip (gratuity) is added to every trip, there is no need to tip anything additional to the drivers unless you would like to.
Credit Card Transactions:
A credit card is needed to hold all reservations. We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We will then charge your card after the trip has been completed. All the receipts will send by email.
A 30 minutes for domestic, 45 minutes International grace period is allowed following the reported flight arrival time for airport pickups only.
Waiting time charges may apply after the complimentary waiting time expires. A 10 minute grace period is granted for all other pick-ups. Waiting time will be charged at 10 minute increments after the grace period.
ARGO LIMO checks all domestic and international flights during day time on the date of pick up, billing starts after grace period allowed from the official time of arrival (ETA).
